Clearly I spend a lot of time on the web, and almost everyday I come across someone that really impresses me. But week after week the women below continue to not only impress, but inspire me. Not with just what they share, but also their success with their entire business. Oh and one more thing, they are all Moms too, so no excuses from me.
Tsh Oxenreider with Simple Mom
Simple Mom is a site that guides you through keeping life simple and productive. Tsh manages to calm me down even through the web. It is so easy to get overwhelmed trying to run a business, a household, throw in a few pregnancies, couple moves and it can start to feel like anything is too big to take on. She reminds me, keep it simple, one step at a time, and for that I love reading her site.
Carley Knobloch with Digitwirl
First off I really wish this was my site, but I am glad that Carley has the daunting task of weeding through a gazillion apps to bring us all the good stuff. Digitwirl is so much fun to watch I feel like I am hanging out with my college roommates. Not to mention, I always discover something new that makes me more productive and saves me time. In my house every minute counts.
Melissa Culbertson with Momcomm
Spending time on Momcomm is like having that super helpful colleague (Melissa) from the cubicle next to you right in your computer. Her guidance and point of view is very useful and can easily be applied to projects I am involved in.
Morgan with Business Among Moms
Morgan is “the connector”. She is that friend that always says, “oh I know someone you should meet”! While I think the forums are cool, I also really value her writing and keeping up with the ins and outs of social media.
Aliza Sherman with MediaEgg
Aliza is like Yoda for women on the web. She is so wise, and I use that word because her understanding of the web started well before most of ours. I could say “oh Tsh has been blogging ‘forever’”, but Aliza has everyone beat. Aliza was a strong leader in the Women on the Web world long before anyone else. I really take interest in her opinions because I know they have been put through the filter of past, present and future.
Mandi Ehman with Life Your Way
Spending time with Mandi on Life Your Way is like meeting that friend for coffee who always offers you great tips to get you through everyday life. I am on a constant quest to become more organized and productive. This site helps me find focus. Plus I love Mandi because she has four girls (I have three) and is able to accomplish so much.
Sherry Petersik with Young House Love
There are tons of home decorating blogs out there, but for me Young House Love has always been at the core of all of them. Not only do they have the most fabulous house ideas, but the site inspires me to follow my passion like Sherry and John did.
Leticia with Tech Savvy Mama
Leticia’s no-nonsense approach to technology information is simple and to the point. She is excellent on keeping me on top of “techy” stuff. I particularly like her message on internet safety, especially for kids.
Amy with Blogging with Amy
Amy has built a very active and dynamic community with her site Blogging With Amy. The community she leads and her willingness to help people is awesome. In addition, I am always interested to read her opinions and guidance on building blogs.
I hope this list gives you a few new places to find inspiration for your life and business. Are there any blogging Mommas that inspire you? Let me know in the comments!
